Asynchronous content loading

Currently, it's impossible to spawn logic objects that require content at runtime. That's because the OnLoad method will be called only once after Initialization. It's necesary to implement an asynchronous loading mechanism to load the pendant assets during runtime.
 
Although it is no a priority right now, it must be easy to adapt into a multithreaded archytecture.

It's now possible to create objects at runtime, and they will be started and ticked once their resource assets are succesfully loaded.

The only thing left is to implement this in other thread.

Progress:
  • Created a ResourceManager for the Engine
  • Created the LoadableResource class, and ILoadableResource interface
  • Modified all resource dependant objects to make use of the new manager
  • Logic object that use resources must implement "checkResourcesReady()" method
